Please wash your bottle with mild detergent and rinse before use.
To remove stubborn stains, use two teaspoons baking soda and warm water. Let stand for one hour before rinsing thoroughly. Do not overfill your bottle. For your health, please consume quickly and clean your bottle promptly after using for perishable drinks like milk. To avoid sudden eruption or pressurized liquid, do not use your bottle for sodas or carbonated drink. For longer product life, please avoid violent impacts and dropping your bottle. |

---Yes, of course. All long-term cooperation and business starts from samples.
For the existing products, samples could be sent out within 3 days. We will only charge sample cost and Freight, all the sample cost will be returned when it comes to bulk production.
For new products that need investing mold, it may take a little longer, let's say 10-15 days. The sample mold cost would be borne by customers. When your order reaches the MOQ of our company (1000PCs for glass teapot; 2000PCs for glass cup), the mold cost will be returned.
